You're too late. I made it Sunday, and it's already GONE.

I should have added - bake in a 9x9 or 8x8 cake pan (whichever size you've got).

It IS easy to make, though, Jackie. The longest part is the egg whites, but otherwise it goes together in a flash.

I'm looking forward to buying Woodrose Mountain next Tuesday, along with Susan Mallery's Barefoot Season. Music is wonderful therapy! When my grandparents were alive, both musicians, I would play my flute for them. Granddad would whistle along (he played violin) and my grandmother on the other side of my family who was an organist would hum and tap out the beat. It was great therapy for them as they were each in nursing homes. I must try your recipe! Thank you.

Looks yummy. Here's my recipe for a diabetic trifle bowl. Came from my mother in law. My middle son adores it.

1 pkg (1 oz) sugar free strawberry-kiwi gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg (1 oz.) sugar free white chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 (10.5 oz) no-sugar-added angel food cake, torn into bite-size pieces
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 pkg (12 oz) sugar-free frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Dissolve gelatin in water. Mix pudding with milk.

In 3-quart trifle bowl layer in this order: 1/2 cake pieces, 1/2 gelatin, 1/2 pudding, 1/3 each fruit, 1/2 whip topping. Repeat layers ending with fresh fruit on top of whipped topping. Serves 12.
